Koinonia |
Koinonia [coin-on-nee-eh] is a Greek word that was used in New Testament tmes to describe the relationship within the early Christian church. It can be translated as ‘close Christian fellowship’ and that is our aim for this group of Grade 3 to 7’s. During our time together, music, art, fun and fellowship reinforce biblical concepts which follow the themes of the church year. This mid-week gathering gives our children more opportunity to be together in a wholesome Christian atmosphere and helps them get to know each other better before beginning Confirmation.
Koinonia is led by Linda Langager with a parent assistant, on Wednesday evenings from 6:15 to 7:00 pm. |
